Realtors are able to utilize MLS records of almost every home that is being sold in the area you are looking for. They will help us find a property that is well under your total loan amount. Prior to consulting with a realtor we will inform them of what you are looking for in your property. Bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, square footage etc... They will set up the appointments for us to see the homes that you are most interested in, which will save time and effort.

            It is of more value to purchase homes well under market value and under your total loan amount. This doesn't only save you money it makes you money. Unless you are rich and building your own home you will not receive the leading quality material possible. And we get as close as possible to building your own home. In order for a construction company to receive the biggest profit available from an average newly built home they must purchase and utilize the least expensive materials possible. Just because a house is new that does not mean it is a well built home.

            New homes lack energy efficiency, comfortability, decor and they also possess inefficiency in utilization of space. We begin by examining every component of the property from the foundation to the roof as if we were building it brand new. We make sure the necessary upgrades are made to surpass inspection and assure the property is up to code.  Updating and remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms are elemental in the renovation.  We will build more value in the home by maximizing the utilization of space within the home and outside living. Fundamentally we achieve this by capturing a space that allows us to add an extra bedroom and bathroom. The design of what we build are catered around your ideas of what you want and need in your home.
