            And as a company we give you a minimum cash allotment of 6.5% of your total loan.   This is designated to pay earnest money, appraisal, down payment and miscellaneous fees essential for necessities and the consummation of your new life in your new home.  We also allocate a minimum of $150.00 a month or more for a three year period to further minimalize any strain on your lifestyle.
